Privacy Policy

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. If you sign up using Google OAuth, we receive your basic profile information from Google.

Site Data: We collect information about the websites you add to IndexQ, including domain names, sitemap URLs, and URLs you submit for indexing.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

Google Search Console Data: When you connect your Google Search Console account, we access property information, URL inspection data, and sitemap data to provide our indexing services.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our services
• Submit URLs to Google Indexing API and IndexNow on your behalf
• Monitor your site health (uptime, SSL, broken links)
• Generate AI export files (llms.txt, AI sitemaps)
• Send you notifications and alerts you've configured
• Send weekly reports if you've enabled them
• Process your payments and manage your subscription
• Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
• Improve and develop new features
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security including:

• Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• SOC 2 Type II compliance (Supabase infrastructure)
• Data hosted in secure data centers

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Submission history and audit logs are retained for 90-180 days depending on the data type. You can request data deletion at any time.

IndexQ integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google: For OAuth authentication and Search Console integration. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe: For payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend: For sending email notifications. Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel: For hosting and infrastructure. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

You have the right to:

• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
